We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to manage events from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every event, from corporate galas to weddings, is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in event planning or project management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with vendors and reassuring clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Social Tables) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Pinterest for mood boarding).
- Problem-Solving: The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet (e.g., "What do we do if the cake doesn't arrive?").
- Organization: High level of attention to detail; the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
